Like the pieces in the collection, the colors on the watch face are inspired by the faded glamor of Havana in the 1950s and the swagger of Miami in the 1980s. The smaller, rectangular stainless steel case is a sleek, subtle companion to tailored and casual looks alike. Clear numerals, a vintage-inspired mineral glass crystal, and a genuine leather strap complete this elegant timepiece. The Waterbury Clock Co. was founded in 1854 in Waterbury, CT, then the center of the local clockmaking industry and known as the “Switzerland of America.” It relaunched in 1950 as Timex, a portmanteau of Time magazine and Kleenex.
